Organizer Terms

1. Organizer Responsibilities

Organizers are responsible for planning and delivering their events safely, accurately, and in accordance with applicable laws, permits, venue rules, and public-safety requirements.

2. Accurate Event Information

Event descriptions, dates, locations, capacity, ticket prices, policies, and safety information must be complete, current, and not misleading. Organizers must promptly update attendees when material details change.

3. Attendees, Tickets, and Check-in

Organizers must honor valid tickets, operate check-in fairly, protect attendee information, and provide the access or experience described on the event page. Any cancellation, postponement, or material change must be communicated promptly and handled in accordance with Outdorr’s refund and support procedures.

4. Payments and Payouts

Ticket proceeds, platform fees, refunds, chargebacks, adjustments, reserves, and payouts are recorded in Outdorr’s financial ledger. Payout timing may depend on event completion, settlement holds, verification, provider status, disputes, and applicable risk controls. Organizers must provide accurate payout details and may not use the platform for unlawful financial activity.

5. Safety, Conduct, and Prohibited Events

Organizers must maintain a safe and respectful environment and follow the Community Standards. Events involving unlawful activity, harassment, discrimination, dangerous conduct, fraud, or rights-infringing content may be rejected, suspended, or removed.

6. Co-hosts and Event Staff

Organizers are responsible for the people they authorize to help operate an event, including co-hosts, scanners, and staff. Access must be limited to trusted people and removed promptly when it is no longer needed.

7. Platform Enforcement

Outdorr may review, limit, suspend, or remove an organizer or event when necessary to protect attendees, comply with law, investigate suspected abuse, or protect the integrity of the platform and its financial records.

8. Agreement and Updates

By using organizer tools or publishing an event, you agree to these Organizer Terms, the Terms of Service, the Community Standards, and any event-specific obligations. Updated versions apply from their published effective date, subject to any notice or acceptance requirements communicated by Outdorr.
