Community Standards
Last updated: 18 July 2026
1. Purpose
OUTDORR helps people discover events, buy tickets, connect with other attendees, and build real-world social experiences around events.
These Community Guidelines explain the behavior we expect from people using OUTDORR as attendees, ticket buyers, profile owners, chat users, and community members. They explain the types of content, messages, profiles, tickets, media, and user interactions that may lead to warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, ticket cancellation, account suspension, or account termination.
These Guidelines apply alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, refund rules, event-specific rules, and any other policies that apply to the Platform.
If you create, list, promote, manage, or sell tickets for events on OUTDORR, separate Organizer Guidelines may also apply.
2. Who These Guidelines Apply To
These Guidelines apply to users of OUTDORR, including attendees, guests, profile owners, ticket buyers, ticket recipients, people using social discovery features, and anyone interacting through chats, comments, games, media sharing, or event features.
These Guidelines apply to activity on the Platform and may also apply to off-platform conduct where that conduct affects user safety, payment integrity, trust in OUTDORR, or the ability of users to safely use the Platform.
3. Our Community Principles
Use OUTDORR honestly.
Respect other people.
Do not use the Platform to harm, exploit, deceive, threaten, harass, impersonate, scam, endanger, or abuse anyone.
Do not create fake identities, fake tickets, fake profiles, misleading activity, or fraudulent activity.
Do not use OUTDORR in a way that puts users, venues, staff, partners, or the public at risk.
4. Accounts, Profiles, and Identity
You must provide accurate account and profile information.
You must not impersonate another person, business, public figure, venue, brand, government body, or OUTDORR representative.
You must not create fake, duplicate, bot, misleading, throwaway, or coordinated accounts to avoid enforcement, evade verification, harass users, sell fraudulent tickets, or mislead others.
Profile photos, names, bios, interests, and other profile details must not be misleading, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, fraudulent, threatening, or designed to deceive users.
5. Verification and Verified Badges
OUTDORR may use account, phone, email, selfie, likeness, liveness, profile, or other verification checks to reduce impersonation, fake accounts, scams, and unsafe activity.
Verification or a verified badge does not mean that OUTDORR has conducted a criminal background check, credit check, employment check, address check, or full identity investigation.
You must not misuse a verified badge, verification status, profile photo, or any OUTDORR trust indicator to claim that you are guaranteed safe, officially endorsed, risk-free, background-checked, or approved for conduct outside the Platform.
You must not submit false, manipulated, stolen, deepfake, AI-generated, edited, or misleading verification material.
6. Respectful Communication
You may not harass, bully, intimidate, stalk, threaten, shame, insult, pressure, or repeatedly contact another user after they have refused, blocked, ignored, reported, or asked you to stop.
You may not use slurs, hate speech, dehumanizing language, degrading stereotypes, targeted abuse, or discriminatory attacks based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, health status, body type, social class, or any protected or sensitive characteristic.
Disagreements are allowed. Abuse is not.
7. Threats, Violence, and Unsafe Conduct
You must not threaten violence, encourage violence, praise serious harm, organize attacks, promote violent extremism, or share content that creates a real-world safety risk.
You must not use OUTDORR to coordinate fights, intimidation, ambushes, unsafe meetups, harassment campaigns, revenge activity, or any conduct that could endanger another person.
You must not bring weapons, dangerous items, illegal substances, or prohibited materials to events where they are unlawful, unsafe, or prohibited by event rules, venue rules, or applicable law.
8. Sexual Conduct, Consent, and Intimate Content
You must not sexually harass users, pressure users for sexual contact, send unwanted sexual messages, share explicit sexual content without consent, or use OUTDORR to exploit, coerce, blackmail, shame, or manipulate another person.
You must not share intimate images, sexual images, sexual audio, sexualized screenshots, private sexual messages, or nude or partially nude content without clear consent from every person involved.
Non-consensual intimate content, sexual blackmail, revenge porn, sexual threats, sexual exploitation, sextortion, and sexual content involving minors are strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
9. Minor Safety
OUTDORR is not intended for users below the minimum age required under our Terms and applicable law.
You must not use the Platform to contact, groom, exploit, sexualize, deceive, traffic, threaten, or harm minors.
Content that depicts, promotes, requests, shares, or sexualizes minors is strictly prohibited.
If we detect or receive reports of minor exploitation or serious child safety concerns, we may remove content, preserve information, suspend accounts, and report to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.
10. Scams, Fraud, and Ticket Abuse
You must not use OUTDORR to scam users, sell fake tickets, manipulate ticket transfers, create false payment claims, engage in chargeback abuse, duplicate tickets, forge QR codes, misrepresent ticket availability, or deceive other users.
You must not request payments outside approved Platform flows where doing so is misleading, unsafe, fraudulent, or prohibited by OUTDORR.
You must not trick users into sending money, sharing passwords, revealing payment information, clicking phishing links, installing malware, or moving conversations to unsafe channels for fraudulent purposes.
11. Real-World Meetups and Event Safety
OUTDORR helps users discover events and connect with people, but users remain responsible for their own decisions, safety, and interactions.
Be careful when meeting people for the first time. Consider meeting in public places, telling someone you trust where you are going, arranging your own transport, keeping your phone charged, and leaving any situation that feels unsafe.
OUTDORR is not responsible for the conduct, intentions, identity, reliability, suitability, or safety of any user, attendee, venue, vendor, performer, or third party.
12. Messaging, Images, Voice Notes, and Media
Messages, images, voice notes, audio, reactions, comments, and other media must follow these Guidelines.
You must not send threats, harassment, scams, malware, phishing links, hate content, sexual harassment, illegal recordings, private personal information, non-consensual intimate content, or content designed to harm, exploit, deceive, or endanger another person.
Voice notes and audio messages must not be used to threaten, impersonate, sexually harass, intimidate, deceive, defame, exploit, blackmail, or abuse anyone.
You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to recordings, consent, privacy, and communications in your location and the location of any person affected by the communication.
13. Games, Prompts, and Social Discovery Features
Games, prompts, "This or That" questions, interactive features, reactions, badges, and other social discovery tools are designed for safe social connection and entertainment.
You must not use these features to harass, discriminate, sexually pressure, manipulate, bully, scam, gamble, exploit, threaten, or collect personal information without permission.
Unless expressly approved by OUTDORR in writing, games, prompts, badges, or interactive features must not be used for wagering, betting, paid competitions, lotteries, raffles, or games of chance.
14. Location, Maps, Weather, and Nearby Features
OUTDORR may include location-based features such as nearby events, attendee discovery, local recommendations, map routing, venue information, and weather-related event information.
You must not use location features to stalk, track, expose, threaten, harass, or endanger another person.
You must not share another person's address, live location, private movement, hotel, workplace, travel route, or other sensitive location information without permission.
Map, weather, and local recommendation features are provided for convenience and planning. They should not be treated as emergency, security, transport, medical, or safety advice.
15. Privacy, Personal Information, and Doxxing
You must not share, sell, expose, scrape, collect, misuse, or publish another person's personal information without permission.
This includes phone numbers, addresses, government IDs, payment details, private messages, private photos, private location, workplace, family details, health information, passwords, account credentials, or other sensitive information.
Do not pressure users to share personal information they do not want to share.
16. Intellectual Property and Content Rights
Only upload, post, share, or send content that you own or have permission to use.
You must not misuse another person's photos, videos, audio, artwork, brand, logo, event poster, ticket design, copyrighted material, or identity.
You must not falsely claim ownership, sponsorship, partnership, endorsement, or authorization from another person, brand, venue, performer, or company.
17. Illegal, Regulated, or Dangerous Activity
You must not use OUTDORR to promote, arrange, sell, distribute, or facilitate illegal goods, illegal services, dangerous items, weapons, drugs, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, stolen goods, counterfeit goods, fraud, bribery, illegal gambling, or other unlawful activity.
Tickets, messages, media, profiles, and interactions must comply with applicable laws and Platform rules.
18. Spam, Manipulation, and Platform Abuse
You must not spam users, mass-message people without permission, scrape data, manipulate rankings, fake engagement, abuse referrals, automate actions, bypass rate limits, reverse engineer systems, exploit bugs, or interfere with Platform security.
You must not use OUTDORR to distribute malware, phishing links, harmful code, unauthorized tracking tools, or deceptive links.
If you discover a security issue, report it responsibly instead of exploiting it.
19. Reports and Safety Reviews
Users may report profiles, chats, images, voice notes, events, tickets, comments, game responses, or other activity that may violate these Guidelines.
Reports do not guarantee a specific outcome, but OUTDORR may review reports, preserve relevant information, restrict features, remove content, suspend accounts, cancel tickets, contact users, or take other action where appropriate.
We may use automated tools, human review, moderation systems, verification checks, safety signals, user reports, and technical logs to detect and respond to harmful activity.
20. Enforcement Actions
Depending on the issue, OUTDORR may take one or more actions, including warning a user, removing content, hiding a profile, restricting messaging, limiting ticket purchases, preventing ticket transfers, cancelling tickets, disabling features, requiring additional verification, suspending an account, terminating an account, preserving information, or reporting activity to appropriate authorities.
We may act without prior notice where we believe there is a safety risk, legal risk, fraud risk, payment risk, platform-integrity risk, or risk of harm to users, OUTDORR, partners, or the public.
21. Appeals and Mistakes
If you believe we made a mistake, you may contact us through the support or appeal process made available by OUTDORR.
We may not be able to provide full details about enforcement decisions where doing so could create safety risks, reveal security systems, expose another user's private information, affect an investigation, or violate legal obligations.
22. Emergencies
OUTDORR is not an emergency service.
If you are in immediate danger, need urgent medical help, witness a crime, or face a serious safety risk, contact local emergency services, law enforcement, venue security, event staff, medical professionals, or another appropriate authority immediately.
Reporting something to OUTDORR is not a substitute for contacting emergency services where urgent help is needed.
23. Updates to These Guidelines
We may update these Guidelines from time to time as the Platform, features, laws, risks, and community needs change.
Material changes may be communicated through the Platform, by email, or by other appropriate means where required.
